For our final addition to the Summer in the Parks Collection, we present you with Magnolia Park. Finish out your summer in Magnolia Park. Magnolia Park is equipped with a substantial basement kitchen - ready for a celebrity chef to make full use of. Don’t forget to check out the indoor pool and gym in the basement. On the second floor you will find a small, but adequate library. In the library a spiral staircase leads up to the large widow’s walk - this space has many possibilities.
The master suite features a large master bath, as well as a bonus room for a study or sitting room. The home is equipped with four guest suites, two in the main house and two in the guest house.
Sivoli Gardens is the second addition to our Summer in the Parks Collection. Designed to be beautiful in both the day and evening, Sivoli gardens is the perfect venue for your Sims next event… or to simply spend the evening sim watching. Sivoli features a counter service restaurant, museum and pub. Your Sims will explore Asian inspired gardens, as well as a European inspired village, where the pub is housed.
This park was inspired by the Tivoli Gardens in Denmark. Tivoli was an inspiration to Walt Disney as he began to think about the design of Disneyland. Sivoli was built around a lake, with each section of the gardens overlooking the lake – this design element was taken from Epcot at Walt Disney World.

Palm River Water Park is the first addition to our Summer in the Parks Collection. Throughout the summer we will feature original community parks for all the Sims in the neighborhood to enjoy.
This water park will provide your Sims with the perfect afternoon get-away from the hot summer afternoons. Featuring a lazy river as well as a VIP lounge with second floor cabanas.
